He has over 15 years of audit experience in which 5 years are in internal audit and risk management services. He is also an independent director and sits in the audit, remuneration and nomination committee of a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

His area of practice include manufacturing, gaming, investment holding, services, constructions, property development. He also has exposure in SOX compliance services in his past involvement as auditor of a company listed in AMEX.
